He has led owner-side construction at Target Corporation, directed national construction underwriting and monitoring at Hall Structured Finance, and stabilized distressed projects through lender takeover and recovery — including a $160M luxury hospitality development guided through lender takeover to operable delivery.
He founded Waypoint Advisors to bring that credentialed operator’s lens to AI deployment — starting in CRE and construction, but applying the same workflow discipline wherever complex, document-heavy operations need thoughtful AI design.
